The bracelet consists of two colors swirled together to make a third, representing the three-fold nature of trisomy chromosomes. It is embossed with the sentence "Trisomy Kids Are Special™" as a reminder and a brief explanation. That's also the name of the Web site where information and support groups help fulfill Hannah's Wish™ (which, in a way, is also the name of the Web site). Printed inside the bracelet is the URL for the Web site.
Each bracelet comes packaged with 
an explanation of our mission, brief information about each of the three organizations, and a brief version of Hannah's story, accompanied by one of our favorite pictures of Hannah.
